"Lanny Russell, the owner of Birdsong Construction Services, has just completed a major remodel of our 50's era home on Mercer Island. The work involved tearing down the south end of our home and building a new kitchen, garage, deck and expanding our dining room. We stayed in our home during the remodel, Lanny and his crews were exceptionally considerate in helping us cope with the necessary disruptions that come with living in a house during a major remodel. They did an outstanding job of keeping the work site clean throughout the project. Lanny stayed within his original estimate for the work we initially ordered. He always managed to keep to the agreed-in timeline for finishing various portions of the project and he accomplished this despite scheduling challenges from some of the subcontractors. He kept us informed of choices in the construction as it progressed, including proposals for design alternations and options to save money on construction expenses. The entire completed project was beautifully done, with excellent craftsmanship at a fair price. We are exceptionally pleased with our final result.
